Arnelle Grundhoefer is the founder of PremierED Global, an international educational recruiting firm dedicated to connecting exceptional educators with outstanding schools worldwide.
With extensive experience teaching and holding administrative roles in national and international schools across the United States, Thailand, Morocco, Mexico, Ecuador, and Singapore, Arnelle brings a global perspective to educational recruitment.
Arnelle holds a BS in Sociology, an MS in Educational Leadership, a Juris Doctor degree, and a Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights.
As a mother of two children who successfully navigated overseas education and transitioned to U.S. universities, Arnelle understands the challenges and opportunities of international education. Through PremierED Global, she is committed to helping schools find the right talent and assisting educators in achieving their career goals—whether abroad or in the United States. Arnelle is the visionary founder of PremierED Global with 20+ years in international education.
Margaret Blot worked for the Miami-Dade County School District for 22 years. She began as a teacher and has taught at every level: elementary, middle, high school, and at the college level. She later transitioned into administration, serving as a District Supervisor with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she also conducted diversity training for staff.
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communication, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, and a Juris Doctor degree. With her extensive background in education and leadership, Margaret provides guidance and support to teachers exploring international teaching opportunities.
Karl Henry brings a unique blend of experience in education and technology. He has served as a college counselor, guiding incoming university students through academic planning and transitions, and has taught in Broward County Public Schools, giving him firsthand insight into K–12 classrooms and student needs.
Karl also has experience managing educational databases and application systems, supporting streamlined candidate placement and recruitment processes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is skilled in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency in education and recruitment settings.

Background Checks
PremierEd Global is committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards. As part of our hiring and placement process, all candidates are required to undergo a criminal background check to ensure compliance with employer and visa requirements. A clean background record is generally required for employment and sponsorship eligibility.
We understand that every situation is unique. If you have any questions or concerns about your background or documentation, please feel free to contact our recruitment team for confidential guidance and support. We are committed to handling all information with discretion and fairness.
A. Vetting for Placement: Completion of a background check is not required for initial registration or consideration.
B. Guidance on Disclosures: Candidates aware of information that may appear on a background report are encouraged to discuss it confidentially.
C. Recommended Status: Candidates who submit a recent background check are classified as “Profile with Background Check.”

Important Note – Age Restrictions for International Roles
PremierEd Global vets candidates without regard to age. Some host countries have work-visa age limits (often 55–65), while others have none.
